General Info
Welcome to the Forsyth Conference - ES Mix & Match Nov Qualifier. This tournament is being held at North Forsyth High School in Cumming, Georgia. We are requesting that any team that would like to be considered for Judged Awards such as Excellence, Design, or Innovate submit their Engineering Notebook to the judges during first round interviews the morning of the event. For our events this season, we are asking that teams turn in a hard copy of their engineering notebook. If your team is using a digital engineering notebook, please print off a copy and bring it with you to the event.

- 8:00 AM: the doors will open for teams
- 8:00 AM-9:30 AM: Inspection and skills (3 fields)
- 8:00 -9:30 AM: Notebooks turn during first round judging
- 9:45 AM: Drivers Meeting
- 10 AM - 12 PM: Teamwork Matches (3 fields)
- 12:00-12:30 PM: Lunch
- 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Teamwork Matches (3 fields)
- 2:45 PM: Finals and Awards

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
There will be no refunds due to bad weather. Every attempt will be made to reschedule.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: NFHS will reschedule the event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Teams will be responsible for the $5.00 cost after any payment. NFHS will evaluate each situation for non-attenance.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
