Teams are urged to upload the Participant Release Form for each student. The form can be found here in the Documents link to the left. Event Partners (us) must check that these forms are uploaded. This is part of the inspection/check-in process
Teams are reminded that their robot will be inspected at check-in. Please see the inspection form at the Documents link to the left.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If we have bad weather from our school system, Anne Arundel County Public Schools, that causes the event to be cancelled, we will refund teams minus the amount we are obligated to pay RECF.
If possible, we will have a make-up date and communicate that as soon as possible. We will refund the team minus the amount we must pay RECF if your team cannot attend the makeup date.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
We will refund the team minus the amount we must pay RECF only if the team cancels at least 7 week days before the event. We need the time to contact the next team waiting and complete their registration.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The submission deadline is Friday, January 9 at 5 pm.
