General Info
General Info
Welcome to the 2026 Kenosha Robo Crew VEX IQ Tournament! This is our second year running this event, and we can't wait to have you all back! This event is managed by Shoreland Lutheran High School, sponsored by Jockey International, and hosted at a Shoreland federation grade school (this year at First Lutheran School in Elkhorn, WI). A huge thank-you to our partners: Kenosha YMCA and the Kenosha Emerging Leaders Academy. This would not be possible without the support of the Jockey STEM / Robotics Initiative, which has helped to kickstart and care for various STEM and Robotics opportunities in the Kenosha area. Blessings on your season and we can't wait to see you in at the end of January!

Volunteer
Please consider volunteering! We have numerous spots that need to be filled at this tournament, especially since our Shoreland team members will be competing at their own tournament this day. (Go Pacers!) There are positions for all experience levels, including clean-up! Training will be provided for all positions as necessary. You can also sign up for more than one position as long as they do not overlap.
We ask each team (not organization) to have at least 1 volunteer sign up for a slot. Thank you!
This year, we will be using SignUp for our volunteers. Please click on this link to access the signup. Please double check that you are signing up for the correct position and time frame.
Thank you so much for considering!
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If inclement weather forces a cancellation or rescheduling, an email will be sent to all registrants to give details. We will do our best to reschedule, likely for February 1st. However, with this being held towards the end of the season, and many other tournaments going on, it could be difficult.
Refund and Payment Policies
Payment is due 3 weeks after registration or 2 weeks prior to the event, whichever comes first. Teams that have not paid by this deadline will be moved to the waitlist.
Any teams that register less than two weeks before the event must pay at time of registration.
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
If the event is canceled due to circumstances outside of our control, a refund will be issued to teams minus the $5 RobotEvents processing fee and any credit card fees.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Cancellations earlier than two weeks prior to the event may request a full refund, less the RobotEvents $5 handling fee and any credit card fees. Teams that cancel later than two weeks prior to the event will not receive a refund, unless it is determined by the Event Partner that there are extreme extenuating circumstances.

Tournament matches will be live streamed and recorded on Shoreland Lutheran High School's Youtube Channel, which is linked below:
