We need scorekeepers and queing helpers as well as someone helping run Tournament Manager. Please notify Mrs. Dellinger if you have people to help.

In the event of bad weather we will cancel and reschedule.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: a refund will be given.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: a refund will not be given.
