General Info

Welcome to the Blue Devil Valentines VEX IQ Robotics Competition Elementary Mix and Match Tournament.  We will host the event in the gym.  Skills Challenges will be offered.  Judging will NOT be offered.   Participation and Consent Forms  must be completed for all participants and turned in during check-in, or uploaded online. Team leaders will need to collect the completed forms for all team members attending the event and turn them in to the registration desk when checking in if forms were not completed online.  Registration will start at 8:30AM and close at 9:00AM.  Teams not checked in by that time will be removed from the event and not included in the match list.  All payments MUST be made in advance.  In the event of a registration 2 weeks or less before the competition, please contact the Event Partner to discuss payment options.  Concessions will be available.

In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations, please visit the event on robotevents.com where I will post updates about event status as needed in the general description.  Please feel free to contact me by phone at 812-878-2888.  Text works better. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

Refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation (less a $5 processing fee).

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Please only register robot teams that intend to attend. Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund for any other reason.

Payment Deadline is January 17, 2026. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
