Registration:

  • Engineering Notebooks must be submitted before registration closes

 

Event Overview:

  • This is our first tournament, but our Event Partner and staff have 10+ years of experience hosting VEX IQ events.

  • Our experienced volunteers strive for excellence in all areas of competition.

  • Teams can expect a professional, organized, and fun tournament experience in a festive, holiday-themed environment.

 

Awards:

  • Elementary Excellence Award (if enough elementary teams register)

  • Middle School Excellence Award (if enough middle school teams register)

  • Additional judged and performance-based awards will follow standard VEX IQ award criteria.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

We cannot offer refunds, but we will work with teams to offer a free registration for a future event. 

Judging Format

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
