Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of impending bad weather, we will work with the host site to determine if the event can be held on the regularly scheduled day and time.  If the event cannot continue on its original schedule, every effort will be made to either keep the event on the same day with an adjusted schedule or reschedule the event to a different date and/or location.  Updates will be provided via email and posted to the event webpage on RobotEvents.com.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will not be issued for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, if a team cancels their attendance to this VIQC Robotics Competition and weather.

Health and Safety Policies

All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. Event Partners should continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary.

Volunteers will be directly from the staff at LaSalle Prep and Gaskill Prep Schools.  The only attendees at this event will be the students and coaches from the teams. Spectators will not be allowed to attend at this time and are subject to change.
