We will let teams know if the event needs to be cancelled for some reason, of course!
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: We will give refunds to the fullest extent we can.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds will be given for teams that register and then can't make it or don't make it.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges. Digital notebooks should be printed out.
