General Info:

* Parking is available in the lower (main) parking lot.  

* Unloading is available in the upper parking lot, which is accessible from the main lot.  

* Handicapped parking is available in the upper lot, but please do not block traffic from loading / unloading.

* Event is held in the gym, which is on the 2nd floor. 

* Bathrooms are close to the gym.

* Concessions will be on the stage in the gym.  They will be offering pizza, snacks and water from 11am - 3pm. 

* We will have signs indicating where things are located as needed.

Coaches / staff / loading & unloading:

* Use upper lot for loading & unloading then please move your car to the lower lot for parking.

* Door is a normal man-door with 1 step, and will be unlocked.

* Once you enter the door, head left (West) and go straight down the hall to the gym.  There are no stairs.

Guests / teams not bringing in equipment:

* Park in the lower lot and head to the bus circle area. 

* The gym door will be unlocked.  There will be EVENT signs indicating where to go.

* Go upstairs and the gym is to your left (West).

Buses:

May drop off using the bus circle and may park along the street (there is a bus parking lane)

Please join us at DeSales Catholic School for a day filled with the robotics competition

• Fields – We will have 5 skills fields during the first hour of the event so that all teams can complete their 3 driver and 3 autonomous skills matches. During the event we will have 2 match fields and 3 practice fields.  Your teams must have passed inspection to be on the practice field. Please have teams reset the field after they are done.
•  Pits – Each team will have a pit area with a table and chairs. More chairs will be available if needed. Teams will have access to power so please bring your own charging stations.
• Displays and Monitors – There will be screens setup around the gym that will display the skills as well as upcoming matches.
• Food - you may bring a bagged lunch or you can purchase from the consessions stand. We will not stop competetion so please be prepared to eat inbetween matches.
