General Info
This is our first annual Harmony Eagles VEX IQ competition. This tournament is a state qualifier.
We will offer State Qualification Spots for the Excellence Award (1 award) and Teamwork Champions (1 award). We will also have a Skills Champion Award as well. Non-qualifying awards for Judges, Design and Innovation will also be given.
Any team not paid by November 30th will be removed to the waitlist and that space will be offered to a team on the wait list.
Participation and Consent:
A completed form for all participants must be turned in during check-in. These need to be uploaded to RobotEvents.com prior to the day’s event. The consent form is located in the Documents tab of this event.
The day of registration check-in deadline is 9:30 am; teams not checked in by that time will be removed from the event and will not be included in the match list. All payments for entry fees MUST be in advance. Payments will not be accepted at the door.
Concessions will be available for snacks.

Volunteer
Get Inspired and Have Fun! Be a part of the excitement by joining a team of volunteers who help in a variety of ways to make this event a success for the students involved.

Experience level: No previous experience is needed for most volunteer positions, and you can even bring your kids for a family activity (for example, Field Resetter is an ideal position for young children).
Time Commitment: You can register for an entire day, or just a portion of the day as your schedule permits for most positions.
Meals: Lunch is included for full day volunteers.
Volunteer Positions Needed:
- Judges (no previous experience required – all day commitment)
- Referee/Scorekeepers including Skills Referee (previous experience preferred)
- Field Resetters (no previous experience required)

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather, we will try to reschedule the event and inform you via email. In case we have to cancel the event the registration fee will be refunded minus the cost of VexIQ event/ website fee
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
In case we have to cancel the event the registration fee will be refunded minus the cost of VexIQ event/ website fee
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
In case you choose to withdraw, we will refund your registration cost minus $20
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
