General Info
Thank you for joining us for this Vex IQ event. Below is some basic information about our event. Additional information will be emailed to Team Managers closer to time.

Payment is due by January 28th, 2026. If payment has not been received by the deadline, it is the coach's responsibility to contact the EP to describe the reason for the delayed payment. Failure to pay or contact EP could result in team(s) being dropped and replaced with teams from the waitlist.

3-4 Event Fields

Pit tables organized per SCHOOL (quantity depends on number of teams your school brings.)

Multiple power stations (Bring your Own Charger)

Participation in Skills matches is the responsibility of the team.

Each team will have 3 chances at Driver Skills, and 3 chances at Programming Skills

Any disputes of scores must be made BY the students, PRIOR to leaving the Fields

Teams should be ready to go once they reach the Queuing tables, matches will not be postponed due to a team failing to Que, low battery, etc.

Team will participate in 6-8 matches

Top 14-16 teams will compete in Finals.

Lunch/Snack options will be provided and other concession items will be avaible. (Some items may contain peanuts) More details to come.

Participant must enter the building through the North entrance, and are restricted to the designated areas.

Notebooks must be submitted digitally on RobotEvents. Information about a deadline will be sent out at a later date.

Team judging will happen in person.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We will follow the weather policy of our local district and reserve the right to cancel or reschedule for weather at the discretion of our district leadership.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
In the event of a cancellation we will try to reschedule the event. If it cannot be reschedueled we will refund the tournament fee minus the $5.00 REC fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If you choose to withdraw or not attend the tournament on or after Wednesday, January 28th, a refund will NOT be issued.

- Park in the North parking lot and enter through the North entrance. This paking lot and entrance are at the back of the campus once you turn off of Parkway Dr.
- There is sufficient bus parking in this area as well.

Judging Format

- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
