We welcome volunteers (head referee, judge advisor, assistant judge advisor, skills referee, etc) to assist with our event! Please email [email protected] for information.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Refunds will only be made if the East Stroudsburg Area School District cancels the event. i.e. Inclement Weather, COVID-19, etc. Refunds will NOT include the $5 processing fee assessed by Robot Events. For refund questions, email: [email protected]

In the event of a weather-related cancelation, teams will be contacted as early as possible and event registration fees will be returned minus the $5 RECF processing fee. Registration fees are due 1 week before the event.

This event has no available snow date. A weather-related event cancellation will be made in accordance with the East Stroudsburg Area School District.

- If your team hasn’t paid the registration fee by the registration fee due date, your team will be placed on the waitlist. 

Registration fees will not be refunded for teams that register but choose not to come.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: 

Registered teams that choose to cancel must do so no later than seven days prior to the event to receive a full refund minus the $5 RECF Registration fee. Teams that withdraw in fewer than seven days will be responsible for paying the full registration fee.
