Volunteer

We are looking for one team to bring an extra field which can be used for both the ES and MS competitions (entire day).  Please contact us if you can help.  Free registration is available to a team who can help with this request.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

This event will be cancelled in the event the school must be closed due to bad weather.  We will make every effort to reschedule in this case, however, due to the state qualification deadline it may not be possible to reschedule and a makeup date is not gauranteed.  Please contact [email protected] should you have any weather related concerns.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be provided if the event is cancelled for any reason other than an emergency weather condition.  

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refunds after the payment deadline.

Any refunds will be minus the $5 administrative fee retained by RECF.
