10:00 AM: Qualification Matches Begin

1:00 PM: Qualification Matches Continue

3:15 PM Qualification Matches finish and Skills Close at the end of the Last Match. 

3:30 PM: Finals Matches Begin

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If there is an emergency or bad weather the weekend of the event, the event will be cancelled and all teams will be issued a refund. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

All teams will receive a refund for the event minus the $5 Robotevents.com collects.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

If you notify inside the two week policy or just do not attend the event, a refund will not be issued. 

If a team has not paid by the Payment Deadline February 6th the team will be moved to the waitlist. 

 

Judging Format

 

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Submission deadline is scheduled for February 11, 2025 at 11:59pm.
