BIENVENIDO AL OCTAVO TORNEO NACIONAL DE ROBÓTICA ROBOTIC MINDS

El Torneo VEX Robotics  - Robotic Minds apoya la creación, innovación e invención de sus participantes con un objetivo, desarrollar su talento y potenciarlo en el Evento de Robótica más grande del Mundo VEX Worlds, mundial de robótica que reúne a más de 70 países con un total de 8.000 equipos que compiten por el título mundial.

Este año los retos son una prueba para el ingenio y la capacidad de los participantes el reto Mix and Match es una prueba para mentes brillantes con habilidades únicas en robótica y programación, solo los mejores representarán al Ecuador en el mundial VEX Worlds en St. Luis, Misuri.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

POLÍTICA EN CASO DE EMERGENCIA O MAL TIEMPO  

La sede donde se relizará el evento tiene todas las seguridades para garantizar su ejecución en caso de mal tiempo.

Si existieré alguna situación de emergencia que afecte la ejecución del evento le pedimos mantenerse al tanto de los comunicados emitidos por el equipo organizador, el contacto será a través de las redes sociales o por medio de correos electrónicos desde la cuenta [email protected] o por medio de mensajes de texto a través de WhatsApp a los coaches y participantes.

Si los organizadores cancelan el evento:

Se devolverán los valores correspondientes a la inscripción 

Si un entrenador/mentor completa el registro para el evento y luego decide retirarse o no asistir:

No existe devolución en el caso de que el equipo complete el registro y luego no asista o se retire del evento.

 

Judging Format

Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply. Please see the Remote Judging section of the Guide to Judging for more information.

  • No Judging
  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
  •  All Remote Judging - The Initial Team Interviews will be conducted remotely, and Engineering Notebooks will be submitted to judges digitally via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.  Initial Interviews and Notebook submission deadlines may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
  • Remote Initial Team Interviews / In-Person Engineering Notebooks: Initial Team Interviews will be conducted remotely, possibly before the date of the event. Engineering Notebooks will still be submitted in person the day of the event to be evaluated by judges.
  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
