  • 1:00-1:30 Lunch Break

  • 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM  Finals Matches (Teamwork)

This event is looking for Volunteers!  If you are interested in Volunteering please email [email protected]

 

We are looking for volunteers for our tournament. These volunteers help make sure the tournaments run smoothly.  

Jobs we are looking for:

  • Judges

  • Check In Table

  • Robot Inspection - will be trained onsite 

  • Queuing Manager

  • Pit Manager

  • Field Reset (3rd Grade and up!)

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of INCLEMENT WEATHER (as determined by DPS) the tournament will be canceled and no refunds will be available.

Refund and Payment Policies

Payment Deadline:

  • Payments for this tournament are due the Tuesday prior to the event @ 4:00 PM MST


If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

  • Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee. If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
