To keep the judging as transparent and unbiased as possible, please provide one coach from your institution to partner up with a Wellington Volunteer for interviewing and notebook marking. The expectations for this is roughly 2 hours of the day.

- Team Check-In, Robot Inspection, and Pit Setup
- Start early to ensure inspections are completed promptly. Encourage early arrival.
8:30 AM – 8:45 AM
- Opening Ceremonies and Event Meetings
- Review the day’s agenda, safety reminders, and rules clarifications
- Introduction of volunteers and judges
8:45 AM – 11:30 AM
- Qualification Matches & Robot Skills Challenge Rounds
- Each team will have 8 matches (bottom 2 scores ignored by Tournament Manager)
- Teamwork Challenge runs concurrently on two tables
- Skills Challenge available from 9:30 AM
11:30 AM – 12:00 PM
- Quick Lunch Break
- Teams should eat quickly and return for the afternoon sessions

If the Event Partner cancels the event: All monies will be refunded.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Non refundable.
Judging Format
Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply.
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
