General Info

We are pleased to be offering an VIQRC opportunity for Elementary teams in Central Arkansas.  We look forward to making this a fun and successful day for everyone involved! 

What to expect:

  • 2 event/skills fields
  • 1-2 practice fields
  • Pit tables assigned (1-2 teams per table)
  • Access to outlets (bring your own chargers and power strips--labeled with your team number/name)
  • Designated skills time Saturday morning
  • 6-8 qualification matches throughout the day on Saturday
  • In person judging 
  • Scheduled interviews
  • Physical notebooks only

Concession stand with snacks and drinks.  CASH ONLY!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of emergency or bad weather, the event will be postponed to a later date. Registration will transfer to a later event; refunds will occur only if the event is canceled. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will only be awarded if the event is completely canceled.  The $5 fee charged by RobotEvents is non-refundable.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refund will be issued if the team withdraws or does not attend.

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
