As this is an invitational event, teams wishing to participate are requested to add themselves to the waitlist.

Eligibility for this tournament requires that a minimum of 50% of the team’s members be female participants.
Following review, eligible teams will be moved to the registered list.

Full refund minus $5 processing fee on paid registration fees up until November 9, 2025

No refunds after November 13, 2025

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
