General Info
Welcome to the Little Hurricane VEX IQ Robotics Competition Winter Classic!
The tournament will be held at International Studies Gym located in Jonesboro, Arkansas. We are only accepting physical notebooks at the tournament (no online notebooks).
We will have a concession stand with drinks and snacks. Concessions will be CASH ONLY. Lunch will be on your own.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If severe weather becomes a concern a decision will be made as early as possible and contact will be made to the coaches on the registration form information.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will only be awarded if the event is completely canceled. The $5 fee charged by RobotEvents is non-refundable
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
There will not be a refund awarded.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
