General Info

Welcome to the first Chula Vista Elementary School District VEX IQ League!

          This league is ONLY open to teams within the Chula Vista Elementary School District.

This event will be hosted over 3 days: day 1 and 2 will be qualification matches only, while day 3 will consist of qualification matches and finals matches. Teams MUST compete in all 3 events, or they may not qualify to play in the finals matches. If you have any questions, please reach out to the Event Partner or to the District LEAD Coordinator. We look forward to seeing you this season!

Volunteer

We are always looking for volunteers to assist with refereeing, judging, queing, field resetting, set up and more! If you are interested in volunteering, please email the Event Partner. 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If any session has to be cancelled, we will offer an additional session.

The event partner will contact teams if the event must be postponed. Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date on RobotEvents.com and includes both school and non-school email addresses and phone numbers.

Refund and Payment Policies

All refunds must be processed through the district office. Please contact the Event Partner if you need a refund. 

 

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
