Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of impending bad weather, we will work with the host site to determine if the event can be held on the regularly scheduled day and time.  If the event cannot continue on its original schedule, updates will be provided via email and posted to the event webpage on RobotEvents.com.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event, teams will recieve a full refund minus the $5 REC Foundation fee. 

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend, our Marion County 4-H club will be unable to offer refunds due to overall nature of planning and hosting events. However, if you are unable to attend please let us know so we can better plan the event.

Note: The school is not located in the town of Mt. Angel, It is a rural school on Highway 213, south of Marquam.  

 

 

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
