We are thrilled to to invite you to West Weber Elementary Wild Wild VEX Tournament AM. Get ready to saddle up for a rootin'-tootin' good time!
We're welcoming 28 elementary teams to our rodeo to compete in a full event with both Teamwork and Skills Challenges. This is an official qualifier for the Utah State Championship!*
*Qualifying criteria must be met.
And remember, this is the Wild Wild VEX! We highly encourage all teams, coaches, mentors, and fans to come dressed in your best cowboy attire. Break out the boots, hats, and bandanas!
IMPORTANT: Digital Notebooks ONLY
We're going modern on the frontier! We will NOT be accepting physical (paper) Engineering Notebooks for judging at this event. All "logbooks" must be submitted digitally.

Submission Deadline: All notebook submissions must be digital and submitted no later than 6:00 PM on Tuesday, February 17, 2025.

Judging: This digital submission is required for any team wishing to be considered for the Excellence, Design, or Innovate Awards.
Fill Up with Grub! (Concessions)
All that robot wranglin' is sure to work up an appetite! We'll have a "Chuckwagon" (Concessions Stand) open at the event, sellin' tasty grub and drinks to keep your energy high.
All proceeds from the concessions will go directly to our West Weber VEX Robotics program to support and grow our program. We're happy to accept cash only

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If weather makes traveling dangerous for teams, please stay home. If we must cancel the tournament due to dangerous weather situations, we will re-schedule if possible. As much notice due to inclement weather will be given as possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
-Refunds are given on a case-by-case basis, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee. Please contact the event partner for more informationas needed.
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
-Due to weather we will work to reschedule the event or transfer your registration to another event.
Health and Safety Policies
A Message from REC: All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding health and safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. Event hosts should continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary, and to communicate as necessary with any registered attendees at said event.

Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
