*Qualifying criteria must be met.

And remember, this is the Wild Wild VEX! We highly encourage all teams, coaches, mentors, and fans to come dressed in your best cowboy attire. Break out the boots, hats, and bandanas!

  • Submission Deadline: All notebook submissions must be digital and submitted no later than 6:00 PM on Tuesday, February 17, 2025.

  • How to Submit: Please submit the link to your digital notebook via the Robot Events Link

  • Judging: This digital submission is required for any team wishing to be considered for the Excellence, Design, or Innovate Awards.

Fill Up with Grub! (Concessions)

All that robot wranglin' is sure to work up an appetite! We'll have a "Chuckwagon" (Concessions Stand) open at the event, sellin' tasty grub and drinks to keep your energy high.

All proceeds from the concessions will go directly to our West Weber VEX Robotics program to support and grow our program. We're happy to accept cash only
