General Info

NPJH Robotics invites you to join us for our We Heart Robotics VEX IQ Robotics Competition Blended School-Based Tournament. This state qualifying event is for both elementary and middle school levels. It will take place at New Palestine Junior High.

If the event is full, any team not paid within two weeks of the event may be transferred to the waitlist.  

Please make sure the online consent forms have been completed two weeks prior to the event.

Concessions will be offered throughout the day. More information will be sent closer to the event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Please check your email for cancellations/delays based on weather. 

In the event of inclement weather, we plan to reschedule the event.  If, for some reason, we are unable to reschedule, refunds will be issued to each registered team minus the $5 registration fee through RobotEvents.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation (less a $5 processing fee).


If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Please only register robot teams that intend to attend. Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund.


Payment Deadline is January 17, 2026. Not paying by this date may mean that your team is placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Digital Engineering Notebook submissions will be due Wednesday, Feb. 11th by noon EST.
