Welcome to the Prairie Ridge Mix and Match Tournament! We look forward to hosting you!
Tournament Reminders
- VEX Robotics Tournaments are student centered events. Students are the ones designing, building, programming, and troubleshooting their robots.
- Each robot needs 2 license plates.
- Each team should know the Inspection Checklist.
- We recommend sudents bring a water bottle and snacks since its a long day.
Important Information about Notebooks and Interviews:

Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.

Submission Deadline for Notebooks will be Wednesday Jan. 7th at 5pm.

Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.

8:00 Doors Open: The front doors of the school will open for teams at 8:00 am.

Team check in - make sure most of your team has arrived before checking in.

We will have skills match running and teams will be assigned a judging time during this time.

12:00-12:30 Lunch: Qualification matches will be paused at 12:00 for teams and volunteers to have lunch.

In case of INCLEMENT WEATHER (as determined by SVVSD) the tournament will be canceled and no refunds will be available.
Refund and Payment Policies
Payment Deadline:

Payments for this tournament are due the Tuesday prior to the event @ 4:00 PM MST
If the Event Partner cancels the event:

Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee. If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
