If the 2026 Annual Convention is cancelled due to bad weather, all teams will be alerted through official NSBE channels.
No additional event will be held in replacement of the 2026 VIQ Competition at NSBE's Annual Convention.

Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges
