General Info

ENGINEERING NOTEBOOKS-Link must be posted on robotevents.com by Friday, January 30, 2026 to be considered for judged awards. All notebooks will be scored before the event. No exceptions. Judges' interviews will be in person. 

The event will take place in the Gym. This building is located on the North side of the campus.  I will email prior to the event with specific directions.

Parking

Please park on the East side of campus in the general parking lot. There is plenty of parking available in this lot.  The main entrance and the entrance by the bike rack will be open for entry.

Concessions/Lunch

Concessions will be available on-site.

We will communicate by email if something should prevent us from hosting the event.

Refund and Payment Policies

Payment in full is due no later than December 19, 2025

 

Full refund minus $5 processing fee on paid registration fees up until November 30, 2025

50% refund on paid registration fees from December 1, 2025 - January 16, 2026

No refunds after January 16, 2026

If the event partner cancels the event, full refunds will be provided.

 

 

Judging Format

 

  • Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline is Friday, January 30, 2026 at 11:59pm.
