Volunteer
An event can never have too many volunteers! We are looking to fill various roles and will find something for everyone! Training availble for the role if needed. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Jenna Eastham at [email protected].
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of an emergency/bad weather policy, we will communicate via email based on the emails associated with the teams.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
If the event is canceled (due to weather or some unforeseen circumstance), registrations fees will either be refunded (less the $5 processing fee) or credited toward future event registrations, whichever each individual team would prefer.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Please only register robot teams that intend to attend. Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund for any other reason.
Payment Deadline is Janaury 24, 2026. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.

There will be no judging at this event.
