Bring your best attitudes, and your best Botz!

We look forward to having you attend our competition. 

Please coaches be sure that all of your parents comming alond are fully aware of our rules- Especially G1 and G2. No parent wants to hender their child's success, so we are counting on you to get the word out. We will have a great event, with lots of fun.

Agenda

Always follow VEX Via---Remember to be flexible---Have fun---Keep positive!

- 9:00AM- Check in/ Inspection____ While we are excited too, please do not come early so we can make sure the event is set up properly for you! We want it to be really special :)

- 9:30- Skills starts- Each team is alotted 3 programing and 3 drivers skills- No parents or coaches in the skills line please

-9:45- Match schedule will generate. All coaches must check in their teams prior to 9:45. It is your responsibility to do so. Failure to check in a team may keep them from competing in a match. This is very important. Please do this as you enter the venue. 

10:00- Team work matches start!

12:00- Break for lunch (skills will go through lunch)

12:30- Team work Matches Resume

3:00- Team work Matched end- All in finals please find your partner and practice!

3:30- Finals begins!

4:00- awards and closing. 

Volunteers may stay and pack up.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

This event is held indoors, even if the lights go out due to a crazy storm we are prepared to move forward and run a successfull event. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

refunds will be issued

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

no refund will be issued

Judging Format

 

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
