We will communicate by email if something should prevent us from hosting the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Full refund minus $5 processing fee on paid registration fees
Payment is due before 2025-11-15.
Full refund minus $5 processing fee on paid registration fees up until September 30th, 2025
50% refund on paid registration fees from October 15, 2025 - November 14, 2025
No refunds after November 15, 2025
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
