General Info
Team 24 - The Super Sonic Sparks - are excited to host this small event in Westminster for VEX IQ teams of Maryland. We are limiting the field size to 16 teams because that's the maximum our small space can accommodate comfortably.
IMPORTANT: We cannot run the event with less than 16 teams.
However, the small field means the tournament won't take long. Arrive at 1p and leave around 5p.
We are committed to giving each team their 3 shots at each of the skills disciplines, which is important to qualify for the state championship.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Bottom line: if Carroll County Schools events are cancelled on the day of the event, we will not be able to hold the tournament. If this happens, we will do our best to communicate with all teams at earliest possible time.
If we cancel the event, we'll refund the registration fee, minus the $5.00 processing fee our friends at RECF charge us.
Refund and Payment Policies
Payment must be received in full before any team will be permitted to compete. If you plan to by check on the day of the event, you must contact the event coordinator at: [email protected]
If the Event Partner cancels the event: we will refund all registration fees, minus the $5.00 processing fee our friends at RECF charge us.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: no refunds will be given for any reason after 09-Jan (two weeks before the event).
