This will be a league play event. The schedule will be produced and teams will know which days they play. This will be broken up between three-four after school meets depending on the number of teams. Awards and results will occur on the last day of the league play.

Each day of the league will follow this format (if a team needs more travel time, start time can be pushed back.):
4:00 PM Event opens
4:15 PM Drivers meeting/ robot inspection.
4:30 PM Match play. skills field open
6:00 PM Wrap up of days matches
Volunteer
Volunteers are welcome from all schools, training will be provided.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If there is a snow day on one of the event days, matches will be resceduled.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds will NOT be issued.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
