Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather a decision will be made no later than 8:00 PM January 30th and coaches will be notified if the event needs to be canceled or postponed.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
A refund will be given minus the $5 administrative fee retained by RECF
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds will be given if a coach requests to drop the event prior to January 16, 2026. After that date no refunds will be given. Any refunds will be minus the $5 administrative fee retained by RECF
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
