Thank you for being a volunteer for The Southeast Indiana Robotics tournament. Below you will find a volunteer link which explains each role and the time frame required. All volunteers should arrive 15-20 minutes before the times listed below to ensure you have time to set up before your role begins.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of severe weather or an emergency that may cause the event to be postponed, you will be contacted by email with pertinent information.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: If the event is cancelled, the registration fee minus the $5 REC fee and card processing fee will be refunded.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend prior to January 9, 2026, the registration fee minus the $5 REC fee and card processing fee will be refunded. Any changes AFTER January 9, 2026, will not be refunded.
Payment Deadline is January 3, 2026. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
