    Welcome to Greenville ISD's Invitation Only Mix and Match Tournament!  Please read each of the following. Each of these will be adhered to with no exceptions. Only Greenville ISD registrations will be accepted.

  • All attendees are expected to abide by the code of conduct 

  • Although we don’t expect there to be any violations during the tournament, the EP reserves the right to disqualify any person(s) and ask perpetrators to leave the premises. .

  • All participants are expected to have the participant release form on file prior to competing.  Please verify that all your students have this form completed and it has been uploaded to your team’s account

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather we will make the cancelation decision 'Day of' and will reach out as soon as possible.

Refund and Payment Policies

 

If the Event Partner cancels the event refunds will be given.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend, there will not be refunds.

 

Judging Format

No judging.
