THIS TOURNAMENT WILL BE HELD AT COLD SPRING ELEM
This is their first tournament.
There will be in person interviews and remote notebooks.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Every attempt will be made to run event. Sunday the 11th as possible and then later as needed.
If event is cancelled money minus the 5.00 fee will be returned
If rescheduled, money will transfer and no refund necessary
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Money minus the five dollar fee will be returned
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Money is not refundable
Payment Deadline is December 13th, 2025. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
