Volunteer
We are seeking volunteers for the following positions: Judges
Please reach out to Laura Christian at [email protected] if you are interested in volunteering for this event. Volunteers will each recieve two complimentary passes to DISCOVERY for their service. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day for volunteers, and lunch will be served as well.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
This event will be held indoors. We will communicate via email if unforeseen circumstances prevent us from hosting the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
No refunds will be provided for cancellations after registration, as the Museum incurs costs to reserve the competition space.
In the event that DISCOVERY Children's Museum cancels the competition due to unforeseen circumstances, full refunds will be provided to all registered teams.
Health and Safety Policies
Hand Sanitation Stations:
While hand washing is the recommended practice to reduce the spread of germs, hand sanitation stations will also be available onsite in the event space, and additional air filtration systems will be in place.

Judging Format
In-Person Judging: Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebooks to submit to the judges.
