Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

We will follow the recommendations of our superintendent when making decisions about cancellation due to weather concerns. In the event we are unable to continue due to emergency situation,s we will reschedule the event.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

If the event must be canceled, it will be rescheduled for the first weekend in February.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refunds will be available.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
