Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of an emergency/bad weather, the tournament will be postponed/cancelled and teams will be notified via phone/email.
Refund and Payment Policies
Cancellation: Teams can cancel with 1 week's notice and receive a full refund. Teams that cancel with less than 1 week's notice will be billed for the full cost of the event if the waitlist is exhausted and your spot is empty.
Payment Methods: E-transfer to [email protected] is the preferred way.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews
Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Digital submission deadline is 11 pm MS December 12, 2025
