General Info
This is an elementary only event.
Events of this scale depend on volunteers from all teams to ensure the day is sucess and enjoyable by all. Please make arrangements to provide at least one full-day volunteer to ensure the event runs smoothly. Find read more on the ‘Volunteer’ tab.
Teams are expected to pay event fees at the time of registration. If using a PO or other method that may take longer than expected, please notify event partner.
Snacks, drinks and pizza will be available for purchase throughout the day - CASH ONLY. Pizza order forms will be sent out ahead of the event.

Volunteer
Each team shall provide the event partner with the name(s) and contact info (email) for an all day volunteer(s) at least two weeks ahead of the event. Roles include inspection, judging, staging, field reset, etx.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
This event will not be rescheduled.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Teams who wish to cancel prior to the registration closure must notify the event partner via email by the registration closure date in order to receive a full refund - $5 RECF fee.
Teams who register but fail to show teams are still responsible for payment of event registration fees. No refunds are provided for no-show teams, or teams that cancel after the registration deadline.

Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
