General Info

This competition is an elementary competition that will be held in Martinsville. We will be running a fast-paced competition, with the entire event taking place a little after noon. We will be having a skills field, but no judging with our competition. 

Grade Level: Elementary

Skills Challenge Offered: Yes

Judging Format: No Judging

MSD Martinsville will be ordering pizza for teams and concessions. To make sure there will be enough pizza for teams and concessions, we are asking you to complete an order form. Whole pizzas will be $12. If buying per slice at concessions, it will be $2 a slice.  ORDERS NEED TO BE COMPLETED BY FRIDAY, JANUARY 16TH.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Our competition will be in our cafeteria and gyms. We have in each location marked maps of where to go for a fire, tornado, or any other emergency event that aligns with our local emergency law.

In the event of any emergency or bad weather, we will post updates to Robot Events and email coaches. 

If your arrival will be delayed, please call or text 765-346-0226 with your team number, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

All reasonable efforts will be made to inform teams of any cancellations due to inclement weather. Refunds will be given in the event of cancellation.

Please contact me if the weather is a concern, and please monitor the event status on Robot Events.com. Cancellations will be posted there.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Your registration fee will be refunded minus the fees robotevents.com charges. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Your registration to this event commits the event partners to set costs. Therefore, no refunds can be given. 

Payment Deadline is December 27th, 2025. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
