All teams will have 1 practice match and 6 qualification matches.

Sunday

12:00 pm - Doors Open, Check-in, and Inspection 

Skills Field: 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Qualification matches: 1:00pm - 4:00 pm

Final Matches: 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Award Ceremony: 5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of an emergency/bad weather, the tournament will be postponed/cancelled and teams will be notified via phone/email. 

Refund and Payment Policies

Cancellation: Teams can cancel with 1 week notice and receive a full refund. Teams that cancel with less than 1 week notice, will be billed for the full cost of the event if the waitlist is exhausted and your spot is empty.

Payment Methods: Cheque is prefered made payable to Western Mechatronics Association.  Other options are available including E-transfer, Cash

Judging Format

  • Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews

    Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.  Digitial submission deadline is 11pm MT December 16, 2025
