On‑Campus Directions to the CTE Building (South Side)
- Enter the campus via Rigby High Ln (main entrance for Rigby High School).
- Head south on campus toward the shop-style facilities (auto, welding, robotics/CAD). The CTE building and shops are on the south side of the high school
- Park in the south/southeast lot closest to the shop bay doors if available (easiest access to classrooms and labs).
- Use the shop/CTE entrances near the bay doors (typical access for auto/welding/tech program

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
This is in the thick of winter driving. In the event of inclement weather, we will do our best to host any team that can make it and will likely refund (except for the 5 dollar fee). Please contact event host at [email protected] at least a day before if this is a possibility.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds (except for the 5 dollar fee) MAY be given for unforseen circumstances, i.e. funeral or bad weather. Please contact event host at [email protected] at least a day before the event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
