Doors will open at 8:30 am and check-in will begin at 9:00 am on Saturday.
There will be seating for spectators. Pit area for teams will be in the Fellowship Hall. Sings will be posted.
Concessions will be available all day and for lunch.

We will monitor weather conditions and safety alerts closely. If any changes to the event schedule are necessary, notifications will be sent via:

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: No refunds
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds

- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
