Thank you for registering for the VIQRC Nationals Bahrain 2026. The tournament will be held on Feb 16, 2026 at Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel in Manama. Concessions will be available and emailed to you ahead of time.

Make sure you bring the appropriate chargers and extension cords - they will not be provided.

Engineering notebooks are due upon check-in.

Awards

Trophied Awards - Excellence, Teamwork Champions, and Design
There will be other awards given on a certificate basis.

Rules, Regs, and enforcement

Make sure that you have read the rules before you come to the tournament. Rules will be strictly enforced so here are some tips:
- Pre-inspect your robot to make sure it meets ALL rules
- Make sure you have team numbered plates for your robot
- Know your scoring rules
-Excellence awards cannot be given unless a design award is available.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If the event is called off due to bad weather, the fees will be refunded within 2 to 3 months.

There is no refunds unless the event partner cancels the event.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams can bring a physical copy or softcopy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
