General Info
Welcome to the Hillside Last Chance VIQRC ES/MS Mix and Match InvitationalTournament! Teams will be competing for a spot at the Illinois VEX IQ State Championship! Please see the Awards tab for information on which awards qualify teams for State Championship. This is an invitational tournament; registration preference will be given to teams with 0 or 1 existing tournaments registered for the season.
To be considered for this event teams must register via the Waitlist
The event will be held in the gym at the Hillside School. Please enter through Door 6 on the west side of the building. Please see the map under "Documents" for parking and entry details.
There will be no concessions at this event. Several fast food restaurants are located nearby for lunch. Plenty of time is built into the agenda for lunch.

*The skills fields will close at 2:00pm. Any team that is currently on the field at the end time may make their run. All in line will not be permitted. Teams must have their skills pass in the skills line with them to be in the line. Anyone without a skills pass in the line will be asked to remove themself from the line. No saving spots and no line hopping. |

Refund and Payment Policies
Please pay within 2 weeks of registration. If not paid within 2 weeks of event your team may be replaced by a team on the wait list.
Refund requests received 3 weeks before the registration deadline will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing fee. Refunds will be processed within 6 weeks of the event date.
If the event is canceled for weather or other reason, full refunds minus a $5 processing fee will be issued as soon as reasonably possible.
