General Info
Welcome to the Vexmen VIQRC Extravaganza Qualifier! This will be the Vexmen's second IQ event of the season and it will be held at Great Valley Middle School in Malvern, PA. Thank you to Pete Ruckelshaus of GVMS Robotics for allowing us to host the event. It will be held in tandem to the GVMS February V5RC Qualifier.

The fields will be raised to approx 18" off the ground.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
This event has no available makeup date. A weather-related event cancelation will be made in accordance with the GVMS Event already occuring.
In the event of a weather-related cancellation, teams will be contacted as early as possible and event registration fees will be returned minus the $5 RECF processing fee.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds will only be made if the event is cancelled by the Downingtown Area School District. i.e. Inclement Weather, COVID-19, etc. Refunds will NOT include the $5 processing fee assessed by Robot Events. Refunds will be coordinated thru the billing contact for the team. For refund questions, email: [email protected]
Registration fees are due 1 week prior to the event
- If your school requires a PO – Purchase Order, please let us know.
- If your team hasn’t paid by the registration fee due date, your team will be placed on the waitlist.
Registration fees will not be refunded for teams that register but choose not to come.
Health and Safety Policies
Our event health and safety policy will follow the most stringent requirements of the GVMS Event, the Brandywine Robotics’ Vexmen, and Federal, State, and local governments.
These policies will be subject to change based on any policy updates at the time of the event. These policies will be clearly communicated as information update emails.
