General Info
The Robo-Raiders are thrilled to host the VEX IQ Mix and Match Annual Groundhog Blitz Invitational on Saturday, January 24th at River Ridge Academy. This promises to be an exciting event, and we're aiming to draw a large field of VEX IQ teams from both the Elementary and Middle School Divisions. We can't wait to see everyone at the VEX IQ Mix and Match Annual Groundhog Blitz Invitational!.

We are still in need of volunteers to help make this event run smoothly. If you or any members of your community (parents, mentors, alumni) are available to help with roles such as judging, queuing, or field reset, please let us know by replying to this email. Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The safety of all participants, volunteers, and guests is our top priority. In the event of severe weather or other emergencies, decisions on weather related concerns will follow the guidance of Beaufort County School District.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:

Every effort will be made to reschedule the event if possible.

If a new date is confirmed, registered teams will be notified with the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled event or request a refund (if applicable).
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- No refunds will be given if a team cancels their registration to the event.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
