If the Event Partner cancels the event: Event is free of charge so no refund rquired.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Event is free of charge so no refund required.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews will be judged in-person the day of the event.
Teams will submit a physical copy of their notebooks to the judges.
Notebook submission deadlines may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
