This event will be held at Sulphur Springs Middle School
Our physical address is 835 Wildcat Way Sulphur Springs, TX 75482
We will be open for Team Skills runs on Friday from 5:00pm-8:00pm or whenever teams stop being in line!
Doors will open at 7:30 am and Inspection will go until 9am Saturday.
The Middle School and Elementary School tournaments will be held concurrently using our competition gym.
There will be seating for spectators.
Pit area for teams will be in the practice gym.
Concessions will be available all day and for lunch.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
It must be rescheduled as it is a State Championship tournament.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refund will be issued.

Parking the day of the event at SSMS.
Please pull into the back, larger parking lot on the south side of the building. Those doors will be the doors used that day for team and spectator entry/exit.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions have been pushed back to Deadline Friday, February 20th by 10pm / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
- Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
